This is a legal agreement between the user and Digiatlas.com. By purchasing maps, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
By using our vector maps you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. For the purposes of these presents, the purchaser or the user is understood to be any natural or legal person having acquired maps on his own behalf. If it is a natural person, the purchaser is considered to be the sole user of the maps, and consequently the sole holder of this license. If the purchaser is a legal person, this license shall cover all of this legal person's members.

In buying vector maps on this site, advertising agencies or public relations cannot be in possession of use right for the whole customers.

USER'S LICENSE
The vector maps contained in this site are owned by Digiatlas.com.
You are the owner of the vector map upon the file has been supplied but Digiatlas.com remains the proprietor of that entire content. Digiatlas.com grants to the user a non-exclusive and non-sublicensable right to use any vector map obtained from Digiatlas.com. Maps may be altered through coloration, digital manipulation, adding other graphic elements and other techniques. However, even altered, content (images and digital files) remains subject to copyright law.

USER'S RIGHTS
Vector maps from Digiatlas.com may be used on a worldwide basis in the following cases:

Advertising and promotion : press advertising, brochures, presentations, posters, calling cards
Multimedia material
Publishing : illustration of magazine articles, book illustrations
Packaging : covers for cd-roms, audio cassettes, video cassettes, book covers, all packaging
On calendars, greeting cards or T-shirts
Trade show displays, billboards and exhibits
Audiovisual : television channel and programme presentation, videos, advertisements
